Although its official opening was in 2014, Sumahan's true history dates back much further, thanks to its famous private parties passed word-of-mouth and the legendary former Suma Beach, created by its founder.
Located in a historic building in the narrow streets of Karaköy, Sumahan offers much more than meets the eye. It is an intimate nightclub and an essential meeting point that brings together creative, free spirits every week with the same joyful vibrations.
Within Sumahan’s unique atmosphere, two stages present a wide range of musical worlds and ambiances—diverse yet perfectly harmonious—and a secret third stage that only opens at select times.
Driven not by formulas but by the senses and emotions, Sumahan's open-minded nature, soul-nourishing approach, and friendly, inclusive values bring together hundreds of people from around the world each week for events featuring distinguished artists, uniting them on the dance floor.
