* Outside food and beverages, sharp or piercing objects, and flammable items are not permitted inside the event venue.

* By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken within the event venue.

* Professional recording equipment and professional filming or photography are prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained.

* When using non-professional devices, attendees are expected to avoid taking photos or videos that may disturb other guests or performing artists, or violate their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

* The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission to the event and backstage areas to anyone they deem unsuitable.

* A balanced gender ratio, as well as attendees’ behavior, manner, dress code, and overall suitability, will be taken into consideration at the entrance. Admission may be refused based on these or similar criteria. Entry is entirely at the discretion of the door staff, whose decision is final under all circumstances.

* Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged.

* Photos and videos taken during the event may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants agree to such use.
