All participants who purchase a ticket and/or enter the event venue shall be deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.
A valid event ticket and an official photo ID must be presented upon entry.
The organizer reserves the right to request identification at any time.
This event is strictly for attendees aged 18 and over.
For security reasons, bag checks and personal searches may be conducted at the entrance. Anyone refusing to comply with security procedures will not be admitted.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual from the event venue if deemed necessary for public safety, event order, or the safety of participants.
Weapons, sharp objects, flammable or explosive materials, illegal drugs or substances, and any items considered hazardous by the organizer are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Bringing outside food and beverages into the venue is subject to the venue's policies.
All attendees must comply with the instructions of the event staff and security personnel at all times.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable except where required by applicable law.
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or shared tickets.
Entry will not be permitted with tickets purchased through unauthorized sales channels or tickets identified as counterfeit.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the artist lineup, performance times, event schedule, venue, or program if deemed necessary.
The event may be postponed, cancelled, or modified due to force majeure, government decisions, security concerns, or circumstances beyond the organizer's control.
During the event, photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be taken by the organizer. By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that they may appear in such recordings, and that these recordings may be used by GOP Radio for promotional, archival, press, social media, and other digital media purposes without limitation as to time or platform.
The use of professional photography, video, or audio recording equipment is subject to the organizer's prior written approval.
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
The organizer shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Any participant engaging in behavior that disturbs other attendees or involves violence, harassment, threats, discrimination, or conduct that jeopardizes the safety or security of the event may be removed from the venue and, where necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.
Attendance at the event constitutes confirmation that all of the above terms and conditions have been read, understood, and accepted.
The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when deemed necessary.
