* The organizer reserves the right to use photographs and videos of attendees for promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of such materials.

* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program and ticket prices.

* Please have your online ticket ready at the event entrance and make sure to proceed to the ticket checkpoint corresponding to your ticket category.

* Admission is subject to evaluation based on behavior, style, attire, and overall suitability. Entry may be refused for these or similar reasons at the sole discretion of the door staff. The decision of the door staff is final and binding under all circumstances. In order for a purchased ticket to be refunded in such cases, the ticket reference number must be provided to the door staff.
