The English shoegaze band 'Bdrmm' will perform at the Blind stage for their first Istanbul concert. Formed as a bedroom project by lead vocalist Ryan Smith, and named after this origin, the English shoegaze band 'Bdrmm' will make their Istanbul debut on the night of May 15, 2025, at the Blind stage with support from %100 Müzik. While the world was socially distancing due to the coronavirus in 2020, Hull’s post-shoegaze, dream pop, and heavy guitar effects quartet 'Bdrmm' created an impact with their debut album that every young band dreams of. Released in July of the same year on the small Sonic Cathedral label, Bedroom was hailed by Clash magazine as "a mind-blowing, forward-thinking distillation of shoegaze." Mojo described the band’s sound as "truly mastering the art of bands like Prime Cure and Ride," while The Guardian called the album "one of the underground hits of lockdown," and NME gave it a solid five stars. Consisting of Ryan Smith, Jordan Smith, Joe Vickers, and Conor Murray, the band will release their third album, Microtonic, early next year, and will be performing in Istanbul as part of its tour.
