By attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept that photo and video recordings will take place within the venue.
Without written permission, it is forbidden to bring professional recording equipment or to record content.
When using non-professional devices, guests are expected to refrain from recording in a way that may disturb other attendees or performers, or violate their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
The organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny access to the event and backstage areas to individuals they deem inappropriate.
Special attention is given to gender balance, behavior, tone, dress, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied for these or similar reasons at the sole discretion of the door staff. The decision at the door is final and binding under all circumstances.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
By attending the event, participants consent to the use of any photos and video footage taken during the event in promotional materials by the organizer.
