• Doors open at 20:00.
• The organizing institution and/or organizations have the right to make changes to the seating arrangement and layout in the concert areas and/or concert halls if deemed appropriate.
• There is an age limit for our event. ID verification will be required at the event venue for the purchased ticket.
• The event starts at 20:30. Once the doors close at this time, the event will proceed, and the guest will not be allowed into the venue. The event organizers are not responsible for late arrivals after the event has started. Guests purchasing tickets are considered to have accepted this condition.
• Tickets not used on the event day and time will be considered invalid. No refund of the ticket price or service fee, or changes, will be possible.
