Debuting in 2009, Gawdat has been that championed artist that turns a venue upside down. A name associated with unrestrained feel-good vibes and a live performance unmatched on a regional level. The Cairo-based lads are heavily influenced by 90’s R&B culture, classic soul, and jazzy basslines which form the basis of their signature sound and groove-laden mixing style. Having infiltrated the scene across the country early on, the duo is considered one of Egypt’s elite imprints having played nearly every major event within the borders since 2013. The brothers proved to be a unique embodiment of equal parts energy and technical capability. This led them to being called upon for international performances since 2015, a pivotal point in their young careers. Regularly invited to play in Ibiza, London,Turkey,Jordan and Dubai - year after year - definitely put them in the limelight with an ever-strong booking schedule.
