BUYER (CONSUMER):
The name, surname, address, email, and phone information provided during membership registration and/or purchase transaction shall apply.

2. SUBJECT

This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding event tickets to be purchased by the Buyer through the www.bugece.co website and/or mobile application, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION

The service subject to this Agreement is the event ticket purchased by the Buyer through the Site. The ticket type, quantity, unit price, service fee, and total sales price are clearly displayed to the Buyer on the payment page. The event name, date, time, venue, and seat/area information (if applicable) are specified on the order summary screen.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The Buyer acknowledges having read and been informed of all preliminary information regarding the ticket (event details, ticket price, service fee, payment conditions) and having given the necessary consent electronically.
• The ticket is delivered to the Buyer electronically (via email and/or mobile application) upon successful completion of payment.
• The Seller fulfills its ticket delivery obligation immediately (within 24 hours at the latest) after payment confirmation.
• The service fee charged in addition to the ticket price is the fee charged by BUGECE for its ticket sales service.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts related to accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period.

Since event tickets fall within this scope, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for purchased tickets. The Buyer declares that they are aware of and accept this condition when purchasing a ticket.

6. EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, OR CHANGES

• Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the ticket price and service fee will be refunded to the Buyer. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within the period determined by BUGECE.
• Postponement/Date Change: If the event is postponed or its date is changed, the Buyer may use their existing ticket for the new date. If the Buyer cannot attend the new date, refund conditions will be determined and announced by the organizer.
• Organizer Change: In case of an organizer change, tickets remain valid; however, if there are substantial changes in event conditions, the Buyer may request a refund.

7. PAYMENT AND SECURITY

• Payments are processed through Craftgate secure payment infrastructure via credit card or debit card.
• Card information is not stored by BUGECE; it is transmitted directly to the payment provider.
• All payment transactions are protected with 3D Secure verification.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. For detailed information, please refer to the Personal Data Processing Disclosure.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding this value.

10. EFFECTIVE DATE

This Agreement becomes effective on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer. A copy of the Agreement will be sent to the Buyer's registered email address.
