In accordance with Article 5 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the following information is provided to the consumer before the conclusion of the distance selling agreement:

2. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
- The service subject to this Agreement is the event ticket purchased through the BUGECE platform.
- The ticket type, quantity, unit price, service fee, and total amount including VAT are clearly displayed on the payment page.
- The service fee charged in addition to the ticket price is the fee charged by BUGECE for its ticket intermediary service and is separately indicated.
3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- Payment is made via credit card or debit card through Craftgate secure payment infrastructure.
- Your card information is not stored by BUGECE; it is transmitted directly to the payment provider (Craftgate).
- All payment transactions are protected with 3D Secure verification.
- Installment options may vary depending on the options offered by your card and bank.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- Tickets are delivered electronically. After successful payment, your ticket will be sent to your registered email address and/or the BUGECE mobile application.
- Delivery is completed within 24 hours at the latest from payment confirmation.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts related to leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period.
Since event tickets fall within this scope, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for purchased tickets.
6. EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the ticket price and service fee will be refunded.
- If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, refund conditions will be determined by the organizer.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
You can submit your complaints and objections through the following channels:
For consumer complaints, you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Commerce, and to Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits.
