Mert Demir began his DJ career in 2015 and quickly drew attention by working with leading names in Istanbul’s music scene. Alongside DJing, he also started producing music with Nurettin Çolak and has continued his musical journey ever since. Today, he remains actively involved in both production and live performances.
In addition to his distinctive style, he performs across a wide range of genres including Turkish pop, R&B, melodic techno, Afro-house, international, house, and commercial music. In his sets, he prefers to blend well-known tracks with original remixes and high-quality sounds. He shapes his productions according to his audience and the atmosphere of the venue.
Although he began his music career as a DJ, he has been steadily progressing in music production as well. After a long break, his track “Feel It” was released on major platforms such as Spotify, Deezer, YouTube Music, and Apple Music. Continuing to work on new releases, Mert Demir has recently put out Sefo ft. Demet Akalın – Yerinde Dur (Mert Demir Remix), one of the most talked-about tracks lately, and is preparing to make a strong impact on the music scene.
