Biography

Wednesday are an American alternative rock / noise-pop / country-grunge band formed in Asheville, North Carolina, in 2017. Fronted by Karly Hartzman, they’ve carved out a reputation as one of the most exciting new voices in indie rock – blending shoegaze fuzz, grunge grit, and Southern gothic storytelling. Their music feels like the soundtrack to driving through a small town at night – equal parts haunting and cathartic.
