Attendees under the age of 16 may enter only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Tickets that are not used on the specified date and time are invalid. Refunds, exchanges, or service fee returns are not possible for unused tickets. No refund requests for unused tickets may be submitted via Biletinial.
The event organizer and/or authorized institutions reserve the right to make changes to the seating arrangement or venue layout when deemed necessary.
By purchasing tickets through Biletinial, the user confirms compliance with the event’s age restriction rules. Valid photo ID must be presented at the venue for age verification.
If discounted tickets are offered and purchased, the user confirms and undertakes that they meet the eligibility criteria for the discounted ticket. Valid photo ID must be presented at the venue for discounted ticket verification.
