Çağdaş's interest in electronic music started at a very young age. He spent some time searching for his own music, during which time he was interested in minimal techno / techno derivatives.At a young age, he began to find a place in the underground scene of Istanbul. After a short break due to his school life, he became interested in the music of his geography. He began to interpret the ethnic arrangements that evoked his childhood tunes and childhood memories with his own touches. The artist is obsessed with groove, inspired by electronic plucky sounds, and defines his music by Indie dance - Dark disco genres. SOLAK loves combining groove and emotional melodies in his sets. He made his first release in January 2023 as an Ep, which was named ''Somnium'' via his brand new label, VOLUPTAS Records.
