This document sets out the terms and conditions between you and Mind Manifest Project (hereinafter referred to as “MMP”) when you purchase a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully.
MMP reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this website. Since you are bound by these terms, please regularly check this section for updates to ensure you have the most current information. If you purchase a ticket after any changes to these terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version.
In case of any violation of these terms and conditions, MMP reserves the right to cancel tickets, deny entry, remove ticket holders, or confiscate illegal items as deemed appropriate.
Ensuring that all participants arrive safely at the festival, have an enjoyable time, and return home peacefully is our highest priority. The rules and conditions in this section have been established to guarantee a smooth festival experience for everyone.
1: Tickets, Purchase, Refund / Name Change, and Responsibilities
🔸 MMP event tickets can only be obtained from our official website (www.mindmanifest.pro) or authorized ticket sales platforms. Tickets purchased from websites or third parties not announced or linked by our official channels are invalid. MMP cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from such cases.
🔸 MMP event tickets are issued electronically as “E-tickets.” MMP does not issue any “physical tickets.”
🔸 E-tickets are personal and must be registered with a valid first and last name. Tickets purchased with fake names or false identity information will be considered invalid and non-refundable. Please carefully check all information you enter during purchase to ensure it is complete and accurate.
🔸 For multiple ticket purchases, each participant’s name and identity details must be provided separately. Multiple tickets issued under the same name will be considered invalid.
🔸 At the event entrance, a screenshot or printed copy of the purchased ticket will be required and exchanged for a specially designed wristband for the event. Each participant must keep this wristband visible and wear it throughout the event to avoid confusion.
🔸 Depending on the size of the event, name changes on purchased tickets may be allowed, but this must be done at least two weeks before the event date.
🔸 MMP reserves the right to prevent or ban the entry of any individuals who may jeopardize visitor safety or cause any problems.
🔸 Necessary security measures have been taken at the event venue, and MMP cannot be held responsible for lost items, injuries, or similar accidents.
🔸 No ticket refunds will be made unless MMP cancels the event.
🔸 Sold tickets cannot be used in any promotions or contests without the organizer’s written permission.
🔸 Lost tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances. Please do not lose your ticket.
🔸 MMP reserves the right to change the program, venue, or date, and to cancel the festival with a refund.
🔸 In cases beyond control, such as war, civil or political unrest, government actions or orders, strikes, disasters, epidemics, or other serious unforeseen circumstances, MMP may cancel the event. In such cases, MMP reserves the right to decide on ticket refunds.
2: Age Policy
🔸 Only participants aged 18 and over may attend the event individually.
🔸 If you have purchased a ticket, you will need to provide valid proof of age. Without a valid ID or passport, entry will be denied.
🔸 Ticket holders under 18 may only enter with a parent or legal guardian.
🔸 Participants under 18 are under the supervision of their adult parents or legal guardians during the event.
🔸 Alcohol will not be sold to participants under 18.
🔸 Please note that protective earplugs should be worn by participants under 18 to prevent hearing damage from loud noise.
3: Media and Digital Media
🔸 All ticket holders entering the festival area are deemed to have consented to being recorded by video and photo during the festival, and understand that these recordings may be used by MMP for promotional and/or advertising purposes with all rights reserved. No payment will be made for this.
4: Prohibited Items and Substances
🔸 The following items are strictly prohibited at any MMP event:
🔸 All drugs are illegal in the Republic of Turkey. Entry will be denied to anyone attempting to enter with such substances, and participants will lose entry rights. Security checks will be conducted, but MMP is not responsible for any overlooked cases.
🔸 Spray paint
🔸 Any kind of glass and plastic products
🔸 Lasers or other devices emitting high-intensity light
🔸 Gas lamps, fireworks and derivatives, sky lanterns, loud horns, and similar items
🔸 Sharp and piercing tools
🔸 Motorized vehicles
🔸 Searches may be conducted at the entrance or inside the venue. Illegal or potentially harmful items will be confiscated. Possession of illegal substances may lead to arrest.
5: Camping and Nature
🔸 All ticket holders have the right to camp in designated areas determined by MMP.
🔸 The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. Please be prepared and bring warm clothing for the night.
🔸 Camping is only allowed in designated areas; camping in parking lots and/or vehicles is prohibited.
🔸 Fire is prohibited except for controlled fires in designated areas.
🔸 Swimming is only allowed in designated areas. Night swimming is strictly forbidden.
🔸 Driving vehicles inside the event area is prohibited; unauthorized vehicles will be permanently removed from the venue.
