Event participants acknowledge that photo and video recording will take place within the event area.
Unless prior written permission is granted, bringing professional recording equipment and conducting any professional recording is strictly prohibited.
Guests are expected not to record in a way that disturbs other attendees or performing artists, or that infringes on their privacy. The use of flash photography is strictly prohibited.
The event organizers and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to the event or backstage areas to anyone they deem unsuitable.
Particular attention is paid to the balance between male and female attendees, as well as to behavior, language, attire, and general compatibility with the event atmosphere. Entry may be denied for these or similar reasons, at the sole discretion of door staff. The decision at the door is final and binding under all circumstances.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
The organizer reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the event in promotional materials. By attending, participants consent to the use of such materials.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, line-up, and ticket prices.
