The festival is a standing event with no assigned seating.
The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices and introduce new ticket categories.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to audience placement and other festival operations.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the festival schedule and program content.
Combined (multi-day) and daily festival tickets do not grant access to Keşif program events.
Separate tickets are required to attend ticketed events within the Keşif program.
A Keşif program ticket does not grant access to Bozcaada Jazz Festival concerts. A separate combined or daily festival ticket is required to attend concerts.
All attendees must carry a valid photo ID and present it upon request.
Guests benefiting from the student discount (including open education students) must present a valid official student ID at the venue entrance.
The organizer reserves the right to require attendees who cannot present a valid student ID to purchase a full-price ticket.
The festival is restricted to attendees aged 18 and over. Children aged 6 and under may enter free of charge when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Attendees aged 7–18 may enter only if accompanied by a parent (mother or father) and with a valid ticket.
Wristbands issued at the entrance must remain on throughout the festival.
Holders of combined (multi-day) tickets must keep their wristbands on in order to re-enter on subsequent festival days. Attendees without a valid wristband will not be admitted.
Early Bird tickets are available in limited quantities. Ticket prices will increase once the Early Bird allocation is sold out.
Professional audio and video recording equipment (including video cameras, professional cameras, selfie sticks, GoPro poles, etc.) is not permitted inside the festival grounds.
No vehicles are permitted inside the festival grounds.
There is no official festival parking area.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the venue.
Pets are welcome provided they are kept on a leash and wear a muzzle at all times. Pets must not be allowed to roam freely without a leash or muzzle. Owners are fully responsible for their pets.
Flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp, or piercing objects (including deodorants, aerosol sprays, perfumes, etc.), as well as laser pointers, are strictly prohibited.
Security personnel at the entrance will inspect bags as part of mandatory security checks. The festival reserves the right to refuse entry to prohibited items.
Camping chairs, beach umbrellas, and similar items are not permitted inside the festival grounds.
There will be no cloakroom or luggage storage service. Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
There will be no cloakroom or lockers available. Attendees are strongly advised not to bring bags larger than a handbag. Suitcases and large backpacks will not be permitted.
Festival tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
As all concerts take place outdoors, attendees are advised to wear suitable clothing and footwear for cool or light rainy weather and to bring an umbrella or raincoat if necessary.
The festival will take place regardless of weather conditions. Attendees are advised to come prepared for all weather. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
High sound levels at the festival may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
Lighting effects used during the festival may cause temporary visual discomfort.
Festival tickets should only be purchased through official sales channels designated by the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to change the event date and schedule. In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be issued.
In the event of an emergency, the organizer reserves the right to suspend the festival, keep attendees within the festival grounds, or postpone the event.
The organizer reserves the right to remove, without refund, any attendee whose behavior disrupts the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of others.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
By purchasing and using a ticket, attendees acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Event Rules and understand that any violation may result in removal from the festival without a refund.
Throughout the festival, video, photography, audio, and other audiovisual recordings will be captured. By attending the festival, participants consent to the collection and use of such materials in which they may appear. Medical staff and an ambulance will be available on-site throughout the festival.
