Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
Tickets not used on the specified date and at the specified time will be considered invalid. Ticket and service fees for unused tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Entry to the venue will not be permitted once the concert has started and the doors have closed. The organizer is not responsible for admitting late arrivals. All guests who purchase a ticket are deemed to have accepted this condition.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the seating arrangement and venue layout where necessary.
Outside food and beverages, as well as sharp, piercing, or flammable items, are not permitted inside the venue.
Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event.
Professional photography and video equipment will only be permitted with written authorization from the organizer.
Photographs and video recordings taken during the event may be used by the organizer for promotional and marketing purposes.
