Entry to the event is permitted only with a valid ticket.

The event is open to guests aged 18 and over. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of age when deemed necessary.

Tickets and identification documents will be checked at the entrance to the event area.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for security or capacity-related reasons.

By entering the event area, participants are deemed to have accepted all rules applicable within the venue.

Entry will not be permitted after the final admission time determined for the festival.

Re-entry for guests who leave the event area is subject to the rules and procedures determined by the organizer.

Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

If the event is completely cancelled by the organizer, ticket fees will be refunded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the platform through which the ticket was purchased.

Changes to the artist lineup, programme schedule, weather conditions, or force majeure circumstances will not be accepted as grounds for a refund.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, schedule, and artist lineup.

All participants are subject to security checks.

Individuals considered unsuitable by security personnel may be denied entry to or removed from the event area.

The use, possession, or sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Anyone found using or possessing illegal substances will be removed from the event area without a ticket refund and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities where necessary.

Items Prohibited in the Event Area

The following items are prohibited within the event area:

Food and beverages brought from outside

Bottles and containers made of glass, metal, or other hard materials

Sharp, piercing, or potentially harmful objects

Firearms and similar equipment

Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials

Professional photography and video equipment, unless approved by the organizer

Drones

Selfie sticks, tripods, and similar equipment

Laser pointers and similar devices

Camping chairs, tables, and similar equipment

Any other items considered by the organizer to pose a security risk

Participants must not engage in any behaviour that may disturb other guests within the event area.

Physical or verbal violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, or any behaviour that negatively affects the event experience will not be tolerated.

The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the event area without a ticket refund when deemed necessary.

A festival ticket does not include or guarantee a table, private box, reserved area, or seating.

Tables and reserved sections within the festival area may be sold separately or allocated by the organizer.

A cashless payment system may be implemented within the festival area.

The festival ticket does not include parking services.

Food, beverages, and other services available within the festival area will be charged separately.

Professional photography and video recording will take place throughout the event.

By entering the event area, participants are deemed to have consented to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional, advertising, social media, and communication purposes.

Guests are required to comply with the beach dress code. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel the ticket, and withhold a refund for guests wearing jeans, leather-soled shoes, high-heeled shoes, or clothing considered unsuitable for the beach concept.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules, event programme, schedule, and content.

The organizer cannot be held responsible for changes resulting from force majeure circumstances.

All participants entering the event area are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these rules.
