**Boat Party Rules and Regulations**
**1. Entry Requirements:**
- All guests must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID is required for entry.
- Tickets must be purchased in advance and presented at the entrance for scanning.
- No refunds or exchanges on tickets.
**2. Boarding and Departure:**
- Boarding will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive on time as the boat will depart promptly at 5:00 PM.
- Late arrivals will not be allowed to board and will not be refunded.
**3. Conduct:**
- Respectful behavior towards other guests and staff is mandatory. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event without a refund.
- Illegal substances, weapons, and any form of contraband are strictly prohibited.
- The use of any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.
**4. Alcohol and Smoking:**
- A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on board.
- Only drinks purchased on the boat are allowed; no outside beverages are permitted.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the boat. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
**5. Safety:**
- Follow all instructions from the boat crew and event staff regarding safety procedures.
- In case of emergency, life jackets and safety equipment are available and easily accessible.
- Do not lean over railings or engage in any unsafe activities.
**6. Personal Belongings:**
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
- It is advisable to travel light and avoid bringing valuable items.
**7. Music and Entertainment:**
- Live music and DJ performances will be provided throughout the event.
- Guests are encouraged to enjoy the entertainment but must refrain from interfering with the performers or equipment.
**8. Dress Code:**
- Casual and comfortable attire is recommended. Footwear is required at all times.
**9. End of Event:**
- The boat will return to the dock by 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have all your belongings with you when disembarking.
**10. Liability:**
- By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, the boat crew, and all affiliated parties from any claims arising from participation in the event.
