Participants under the age of 18 will not be admitted.

It is forbidden to bring food, beverages, or any sharp, piercing, or flammable objects into the event area.

Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.

All participants are required to keep their tickets with them for the duration of the event.

Effekt reserves the right to refuse admission to groups with an imbalanced female–male ratio or to individuals it deems inappropriate or disturbing to other guests, by refunding the ticket price, following checks at the entrance.

All attendees are deemed to have accepted all security measures determined by the security team, including personal and bag searches. Those who do not wish to comply with these measures will have their right of entry to the event revoked and will not be entitled to a ticket refund. All participants must carry a valid ID with them.

Sound systems used in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.

Lighting systems used in the event area may cause temporary visual discomfort.

If participants leave the event area after entering, they will be required to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.

Without prior written permission, it is forbidden to bring professional recording equipment into the venue or to make professional recordings.

Effekt carries out general video recording and live broadcasting activities in the venue for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. The participant is aware that general video recordings are made in the venue and that their image may be captured during such recordings, whether together with the general audience or individually, and hereby gives consent/approval for their image to be recorded pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. The participant accepts that the organizer has the right to freely use these recordings without requiring any further permission.

Flash photography is prohibited during the event.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
