Participants under the age of 18 are not permitted.

Bringing food, beverages, sharp, piercing, or flammable items into the venue is prohibited.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

All attendees are required to carry their tickets with them throughout the event.

Effekt reserves the right to deny entry to individuals or groups who do not meet the gender balance policy or who may disturb other guests, with a refund of the ticket price.

All attendees are deemed to have accepted any security measures determined by the security team, including body and bag searches. Those who refuse to comply will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund. All participants must carry a valid ID.

Sound systems at the venue may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

Lighting systems at the venue may cause temporary visual discomfort.

Attendees who leave the venue will be required to purchase a new ticket for re-entry.

Bringing in professional recording equipment and filming without written permission is prohibited.

Effekt conducts general video recordings and live broadcasts at the venue for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. By attending, participants acknowledge that general footage is being recorded and that they may be captured in these recordings, whether as part of the audience or otherwise. In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, participants consent to the recording of their images and accept that the organizer may use such recordings freely without requiring additional permission.

Flash photography is prohibited during the event.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
