* Participants under the age of 18 will not be admitted.

* Bringing food, beverages, sharp objects, piercing tools, or flammable items into the event area is prohibited.

* Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

* All participants are required to keep their tickets with them throughout the event.

* Effekt reserves the right to refuse entry to groups that do not meet the venue’s gender balance policy or to individuals deemed inappropriate or likely to disturb other guests, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.

* By attending the event, all participants are deemed to have accepted all security measures determined by the security team, including bag checks and personal searches. Participants who refuse to comply with these measures may be denied entry and will not be entitled to a ticket refund. All participants must carry a valid ID.

* Sound systems used at the event may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

* Lighting systems used at the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.

* Participants who leave the venue after entry will be required to purchase a new ticket for re-entry.

* Professional recording equipment and filming are prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained.

* As part of its promotion, marketing, and advertising activities, Effekt may conduct general video recordings and live broadcasts at the venue. By attending, participants acknowledge that recordings may take place and that their image may be captured, whether as part of the audience or individually. In accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and Copyright Law No. 5846, participants consent to the recording and grant the organizer the right to use such recordings freely without requiring additional permission.

* Flash photography is prohibited during the event.

* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
