The doors open and the music starts at 17:00.

Participants under 18 years old are not accepted.

Bringing food, drinks, sharp, piercing, or flammable items into the event area is prohibited.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed for purchased tickets.

All participants are required to carry their tickets throughout the event.

Effekt reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals or groups with an imbalance of gender or those who disturb or may disturb other guests. In such cases, the ticket price will be refunded, and the participants will not be allowed into the event venue.

By attending the event, all participants agree to any security measures, including bag and clothing checks, determined by the security team. Those who do not wish to comply with these measures will have their entry rights revoked and tickets will not be refunded. All participants must carry their IDs.

The sound system in the event area may cause temporary hearing issues.

The lighting system in the event area may cause temporary visual discomfort.

Participants who leave the event area after entering will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.

Professional recording devices are prohibited unless written permission is obtained.

Effekt conducts general video recording and live streaming for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in the venue. Participants acknowledge and consent to the possibility of their image being recorded during these activities, whether or not they are in the view of the general audience. By attending the event, participants give permission for their images to be recorded under the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846, and grant the organizer the right to use these recordings freely without requiring additional consent.

Flash photography is prohibited at the event.

The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
