* 23:00–00:30 = GusGus (Live)

* Doors open at 21:00, and the event starts at 21:30.

* The event is open to guests aged 18 and over. Guests under the age of 18 will not be admitted.

* Guests are required to be at the venue entrance with their tickets at least 1 hour before the event starts.

* Guests who wish to dine at Cheers Restaurant before the event are kindly requested to make a reservation by calling 0212 912 37 76 to avoid any issues with table availability.

* Focamia, Ppang, Rancero, and The Grungy, located in the Bites & Beats area, are available without reservation.

* As food and beverages are available for purchase within Zorlu PSM, bringing outside food and beverages into the venue is prohibited.

* Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the conditions applicable to discounted ticket purchases.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Anyone who fails to comply with this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning, and no ticket refund will be issued.

* Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the event venue and event time.

* Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny admission to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.

* Event wristbands must remain on the wrist at all times. Please do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the event and do not lose your ticket.

* A ticket, together with the wristband provided upon ticket validation, grants the holder access to the event area during the hours determined by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist for any reason, will result in the loss of admission rights. Zorlu PSM and the organizer are not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.

* Lighting effects and visuals that may not be suitable for guests with epilepsy may be used during the event.

* Bringing food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.

* Cameras and photographic equipment are not permitted inside the event venue.

* Depending on the nature of the event, guests may be required to remain quiet and keep their mobile phones switched off or on silent mode.

* Everyone entering the event area is required to have a valid ticket, regardless of age.

* Guests are responsible for any belongings not left at the cloakroom.

* Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the event hall.

* Due to possible congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to arrive at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the parking and valet services. Thank you for your understanding.
