Ticket Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange:
Tickets purchased are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Particular attention is paid to the balance in the number of women and men, their demeanor, style and general suitability, and entry may not be possible for these and similar reasons. This is entirely at the discretion of the gate. The decision of our gate is final and valid under all circumstances.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
The organizer has the right to remove individuals from the event area without a ticket refund if they engage in behavior that disturbs the peace or damages the event after it has started.
By entering the event area, participants agree to be photographed and filmed during the event and consent to the use of these images by the organizer in all public media.
Event Area Regulations:
Food, beverages, plastic bottles, cans, flammable, explosive materials, unopened and banded tobacco products, prohibited substances, and any kind of tools that can be used as a cutting or piercing weapon, laser pointers, and all illegal items are not allowed inside the event area.
Participants who arrive at the area with festival tickets or purchase tickets at the on-site ticket sales point will be given wristbands according to the class of their ticket. These wristbands allow participants to enter and exit the festival area. Broken or removed wristbands cannot be reattached, and entry to the area is not permitted without a wristband. The organizer is not responsible for the validity of tickets purchased from third parties.
The organizer and festival security are not responsible for any adverse situations (food poisoning, injuries, legal or police incidents, etc.) experienced by participants outside the festival area.
After the stage performance ends, holders of combined and daily tickets must leave the area.
Participants under 18 years old will not be allowed to enter the festival area, even if accompanied by their parents, and entry without ID is also not allowed.
Ticket holders are deemed to have accepted all security measures, including body and bag searches, as determined by the security team. Participants who do not wish to comply with these measures will have their entry rights canceled and will not receive a ticket refund.
