Event Rules
Participants under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the festival area.
Ticket holders without a valid ID/Driver’s License/Passport will not be admitted to the event area.
All bags and personal belongings will be subject to security checks upon entry.
As food and beverages will be sold inside the festival area, bringing outside food and drinks is strictly prohibited.
Professional audio and visual equipment (including video cameras, professional photo cameras, and selfie sticks) are not permitted inside the festival area.
Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gases, pepper spray, and similar hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
The festival will feature high sound levels. Guests with sensitivities are advised to bring earplugs.
The event includes visual effects that may affect individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.
Items not left at the cloakroom are the sole responsibility of their owners. A paid cloakroom service will be available during the event.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas of the event. Those who violate this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning, and no ticket refunds will be issued.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of discounted ticket sales.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event venue, schedule, and program.
The organizer retains the right to use video recordings of attendees on online broadcasting platforms. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of such recordings.
The event will take place in a standing format.
No boxed or unboxed medication will be allowed into the event area. Only prescribed medication required during the festival may be stored at security and accessed when necessary.
There will be restrictions on bringing liquids, gels, perfumes, deodorants, vitamins, and similar substances in bags.
Security Check: All attendees will be subject to a DETAILED physical security search. Compliance with security staff instructions is mandatory.
Recording Consent: Professional video and photography will be carried out in the event area by the HÖR Berlin team. These recordings will be published on digital platforms, primarily on HÖR’s YouTube channel, for promotional and documentation purposes. By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge and agree that they may appear in audio and visual recordings during the event and consent to their use on the aforementioned platforms
