• Everyone entering the festival area is required to have a ticket, regardless of age.
• The event is suitable for participants aged 18 and over. Attendees under 18 are not permitted.
• Ticket holders without valid identification (ID card/Driver’s license/Passport) will not be allowed into the event area.
• Bag and body checks will be conducted at the entrances to the festival area.
• There will be restrictions on bringing in liquids, gels, perfumes, deodorants, vitamins, and similar items in bags.
• As food and beverages will be sold within the festival area, it is not permitted to bring food or drinks from outside.
• Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, DSLRs), and selfie sticks are not allowed inside the festival area.
• Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gases, pepper spray, and similar items are strictly prohibited.
• No medications, whether boxed or unboxed, will be allowed inside the festival area. Only prescription medications needed during the festival will be held in safekeeping and allowed for use when required.
• Festival wristbands must be worn at all times. Do not remove your wristband under any circumstances throughout the festival. Tickets will be checked daily. Do not lose your ticket.
• Each ticket grants access to the festival area within the hours determined by the organizer, via the wristband issued at ticket check. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband, results in loss of entry rights. The ticketing company and organizer are not responsible for lost tickets or wristbands.
• Large suitcases and backpacks are not allowed inside the festival area. Backpacks and large bags are prohibited at the event venues. Cloakroom services will be available for backpacks and large bags.
• Fog effects will be used frequently during the events.
• The festival features high sound levels. Earplugs will be available on-site for guests with sensitivity.
• The event includes visual effects that may disturb individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.
• The responsibility for personal belongings not left at the cloakroom lies with the owner.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas of the festival. Violators will be removed from the festival area without warning and tickets will not be refunded.
• Participants may exit the festival area once until 23:00. Guests who leave the area after 23:00 will not be allowed to re-enter for that day.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the terms of discounted/promotional ticket purchases.
• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the event program and schedule.
• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, with a full ticket refund.
• The festival will take place under all weather conditions.
• The organizer has the right to use video footage of attendees on online platforms, and by attending, participants accept this usage right.
• The event will be held in a standing format.
