-Professional recording devices are prohibited unless written permission is obtained.

-It is expected that no recordings will be made with non-professional devices that disturb other guests or performers and violate their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

-The organization and venue authorities reserve the right to deny entry to individuals they deem inappropriate for the event and backstage area.

-Special attention is given to the balance of male and female attendees, as well as to behavior, style, attire, and overall appropriateness; entry may be denied for these reasons. -The decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The decision of our staff is final and applicable under all circumstances.

-Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.

-The rights to use photos and videos of participants for promotional materials belong to the organizer, and by attending the event, participants accept the use of these rights.
