- Participants are expected to refrain from using non-professional devices in ways that disturb other guests, performers, or violate privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- The organizers and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to the event and backstage areas to individuals they deem unsuitable.
- Special attention is given to maintaining a balance between male and female attendees, behavior, tone, dress, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied for these or similar reasons at the sole discretion of the venue. The decision made at the door is final and binding in all circumstances.
