XUMA Village reserves the right to refuse entry to ticket holders, including pre-sale ticket holders, if they are not deemed suitable for the venue or event standards.
Wristbands provided at the entrance must not be removed during the event. Removed, damaged, or lost wristbands will not be replaced. Guests with damaged or lost wristbands must purchase a new ticket to remain in the event area.
Sharp objects, weapons, illegal substances, medication, perfume, food, and beverages are not permitted inside the event area.
The event is for guests aged 18 and over. Each guest is required to present a valid ID at the entrance.
Guests holding a Concert Ticket may enter the event area from the door opening time of 18:30. Concert Tickets do not include beach access. Guests with Concert Tickets are not permitted to swim within the event area.
A limited number of Beach + Concert Tickets are available. This ticket grants access to XUMA from 11:00 on the event day. Re-entry is not permitted with this ticket type. Guests entering with a Beach + Concert Ticket must remain inside the venue until the end of the event. If a guest leaves the venue, a new ticket must be purchased for re-entry.
Beach access is not available on the event day for guests without a valid event ticket.
Due to XUMA Village’s ongoing policy and the nature of the venue, pets are not allowed at the event.
All guests are deemed to have accepted that photo and video recordings may be taken during the event and may be used in XUMA Village’s marketing, communications, and promotional materials.
XUMA Village reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
