All participants must carry and present their IDs upon request.

Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.

The organizer and venue authorities have the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem inappropriate, with the ticket cost being refunded. Considerations for entry include gender balance, attire, and overall suitability. Access may be denied at the entrance for any of these reasons. Refund notifications will be processed on the first business day after the event.

Outside food and drinks will not be allowed into the event area.

Professional video recording devices are not permitted in the venue without written permission.

Participants consent to their image being recorded as part of general footage, recordings, and live broadcasts of the event and agree that the organizer has the right to use these recordings freely.

The sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing issues.

The lighting systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.

Every individual attending the event is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the specific rules and regulations set by the organization, and understands that failure to comply may result in being removed from the venue.
