**Event Rules**
* The event is for participants aged 18 and over. ID checks may be carried out at the entrance.
* It is prohibited to bring food, beverages, sharp objects, piercing objects, flammable materials, explosives, or any other item that may pose a danger into the event area.
* Security checks will be carried out at the entrance. Participants who refuse to comply with security checks may be denied entry to the event area.
* By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees and undertakes not to possess, use, or bring any prohibited substances into the event area.
* Any person found to be in possession of, using, or selling prohibited substances; behaving disruptively; disturbing other participants; or jeopardizing the safety of the event may be removed from the event area without any refund and, where deemed necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.
* Participants must be present at the relevant boarding point at the specified times. Failure to arrive on time for boarding at either Bebek or Kadıköy may result in denied access to the event. In such cases, the organizer shall bear no responsibility and no ticket refund will be made.
* Short delays in the boat’s departure may occur due to operational reasons, maritime traffic, weather/sea conditions, security procedures, or instructions from official authorities. Such delays shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
* Boarding points, departure times, intermediate stops, route, and the general flow of the event may be changed in line with operational requirements, maritime traffic, weather conditions, or decisions of official authorities. Updated information will be shared through the organizer’s official communication channels.
* Any announced route and stop information is for informational purposes only. Changes may be made to the route, stops, and timing if deemed necessary.
* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, set times, line-up, performance durations, boarding times, route, stops, event flow, and ticket prices.
* The organizer and venue authorities reserve the right to deny entry to the event and backstage areas to any person they consider likely to negatively affect the order, safety, or overall participant experience of the event. The door decision is final, and in such cases the ticket fee will not be refunded.
* The purchase of a ticket alone does not grant an absolute right of admission to the event area. Entry may be denied in cases of non-compliance with event rules, security procedures, or door policy.
* Photo and video recording will take place during the event. By attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept that they may appear in general atmosphere footage and that such recordings may be used by the organizer for promotional, advertising, social media, and archival purposes.
* Unless written permission has been granted, bringing professional recording equipment into the event area and carrying out professional filming is prohibited.
* When using non-professional devices, participants are expected to avoid any recording that may disturb other participants or performing artists, violate privacy, or disrupt the event experience. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
* Persons attending the event are responsible for assessing any health conditions that may prevent them from taking part in a sea voyage. The organizer shall not be held responsible for seasickness, personal health sensitivities, or any individual health-related conditions.
* Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings within the event area. The organizer and venue shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
* Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable. Cases involving force majeure, decisions of official authorities, or cancellation/postponement caused by the organizer will be evaluated separately, and the applicable procedure will be announced by the organizer.
* The event may be postponed, cancelled, suspended, or held in a different format due to adverse weather/sea conditions, decisions of official authorities, force majeure, or mandatory circumstances affecting safety. In such cases, the applicable procedure will be announced separately by the organizer.
