The event will take place outdoors and will proceed in all weather conditions.

Detailed bag and body searches will be conducted at the entrance. Participants who fail to comply with the event rules or who jeopardize the safety of others may be removed from the venue at the Promoter's discretion.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Open cigarette packs, loose tobacco, and other opened tobacco products are not permitted.
It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp, or piercing objects, as well as laser pointers, into the venue.
Non-prescription medication and similar products will not be permitted during entry.
Professional recording is strictly prohibited. Professional audio and video equipment (including video cameras and professional cameras), selfie sticks, GoPro poles, and similar equipment are not permitted inside the venue.
Folding chairs, tables, and umbrellas are not permitted inside the event area.
Ambulances and medical personnel will be available on-site throughout the event.
By attending the event, participants consent to the use of photographs and video recordings in which they may appear for promotional purposes by the Promoter.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
High sound levels and lighting effects may cause temporary hearing or visual discomfort.
The Promoter and event security cannot be held responsible for any incidents occurring outside the event area, including but not limited to food poisoning, injuries, criminal acts, or police-related matters.
Unless otherwise stated, the event will proceed in all weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, and participants are advised to come prepared for any weather.
