* By entering the event area, participants acknowledge that photo and video recordings will take place during the event.
* Without written permission, it is forbidden to bring or use professional recording equipment.
* Guests are expected to avoid taking photos or videos with non-professional devices that could disturb other attendees or performing artists, or violate their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
* The organizers and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to individuals they deem unsuitable for the event or backstage areas.
* Special attention is given to gender balance, demeanor, communication style, attire, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied for these or similar reasons. The final decision on entry rests solely with the door management and is valid under all circumstances.
* In cases where entry is denied solely due to gender imbalance, refund requests can only be made at the door. Requests made afterward will not be considered.
* For the comfort of all guests, use of the cloakroom is mandatory.
* Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
* The organizer reserves the right to use photos and videos of participants taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to this use.
