Ticket holders who do not have a valid ID, driver’s license, or passport with them will not be admitted to the event.
Each ticket, together with the wristband provided at check-in, grants the holder access to the event venue during the hours specified by the venue.
Event wristbands must be worn at all times. Please do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the event.
Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist for any reason, will result in the loss of admission rights. The venue is not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Guests agree to have their bags searched upon entry.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the event area.
Professional audio and video equipment, including video cameras and professional cameras, as well as selfie sticks, are not permitted in the event area.
Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gases, pepper spray, and similar substances are strictly prohibited in the event area.
