• Event participants agree to the fact that photos and videos will be taken within the event area.
• Without written permission, bringing professional recording devices or filming is prohibited.
• Using non-professional devices to capture images or videos that disturb other guests or performing artists and violate their privacy is strictly prohibited. Flash photography is absolutely forbidden.
• The organization and venue officials reserve the right to deny access to the event and backstage areas to individuals they deem unsuitable.
• Special attention is given to the balance of male and female attendees, demeanor, style, clothing, and overall appropriateness. Admission may be denied for these or similar reasons at the sole discretion of the door staff. The decision at the door is final and binding under all circumstances.
• Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
• By attending the event, participants grant the organizer the right to use their photos and video recordings for promotional materials.
