Turn up the volume! On November 14–15, with the contribution of %100 Müzik, the multi-genre music festival MIX Festival returns to the city! Bringing together music’s brightest stars and rising talents, MIX Festival is back in 2025 with a brand-new edition! As every year, MIX Festival offers a program filled with distinguished artists and unforgettable performances. Among this year’s headliners are Dutch DJ and producer Bakermat, the English duo Maribou State DJ Set who blend electronic music with atmospheric touches, Grammy Award-winning producer and DJ Purple Disco Machine—one of the global icons of modern dance music known for creating disco magic on stage—and Sigrid, one of today’s rising pop stars with over 1.4 billion streams. Festivalgoers will also be treated to exciting surprises throughout the event. Alongside captivating artists like Marissa Nadler, who combines imagination with emotional depth, this year’s lineup will feature acts performing in Turkey for the first time, including the project of Sofia-born musician Daniel Stoyanov that turns his powerful storytelling and original sound into art, called Bulgarian Cartrader, Barcelona-based experimental music group Egosex; Jadu Heart, offering an emotional, genre-defying musical journey from electronic folk to post-rock; Nusantara Beat, who draw attention with their innovative sound rooted in tradition; Belgian music collective Tukan, creating a unique sonic world by blending electronic music with jazz, funk, and psychedelic rock on stage and in albums; and Youngr, one of the digital age’s standout musicians with high-energy live performances in over 40 countries. The local scene’s stars will also shine: Diskopolis, the synth-pop project that fuses ‘80s-inspired analog textures with today’s digital infrastructure to get crowds dancing both in the alternative scene and the mainstream; the versatile DJ Emre Can Swim, who turns music into a space for exploration; GROOVE4LOVERS, who keep the dance floor moving with different styles of house music; Hilal Kaya, who captivates with her powerful stage energy; Selût, who creates a multi-faceted artistic universe with her visual and auditory productions; Soul Grinders (live), who blend their multi-instrumental arrangements with an electronic sound; and Venice (live), who deliver rhythm-focused live sets that flow seamlessly between genres—all making the festival truly one of a kind!
