Modundayız Sunar: Sports, Öncesi: Kıyı Müzik DJ Set

DREAM POP'S RISING STARS SPORTS ARE COMING TO ISTANBUL FOR THE FIRST TIME! Oklahoma-based dream pop duo Sports are set to make their Türkiye debut at Blind as part of their 2026 world tour, with the support of Modundayız. Built on the longtime friendship between Christian Theriot and Cale Chronister, the project is ready to captivate music lovers once again with their latest single, “Keep Falling In Love.” With its soft vocals, shimmering synth textures, and emotional depth, the new track is one of the duo’s most heartfelt and personal releases to date. It also offers a first glimpse into their upcoming album, which they have produced entirely on their own. “We recorded this song in one day at Salvation Studios in Brighton. Everything just fell into place that day. I wrote it for my wife, whom I've been with since I was 16. It's about growing and changing together through love, and still choosing each other every single day,” says vocalist Cale Chronister. Sports made their breakthrough with “You Are The Right One,” which has surpassed 180 million streams on Spotify, establishing their place in the indie music scene. Having released three albums to date, the duo continues their musical evolution with a fully independent project recorded in their own studio. Working in their self-built studio in Tulsa has given them complete creative freedom. This new chapter represents not only a musical evolution but also a personal transformation. “For the first time, we did everything ourselves on this album. Working without a producer was a big step, but it allowed us to create something that truly represents who we are,” says guitarist Christian Theriot. As part of their 2026 world tour, Sports will meet their Istanbul fans for the first time, bringing their distinctive atmosphere and genre-blending indie pop sound to the stage for an unforgettable live experience. Opening the night will be Kıyı Müzik with a DJ set.
