Event Rules & Regulations
• VIP Table Tickets include one fruit platter, one snack platter, and one bottle of beverage.
• The event is strictly 18+. All attendees aged 18 and above must purchase a ticket.
• Your e-ticket will be sent to you via email and SMS.
• There is no need to print your ticket; digital presentation is sufficient.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• Ticket prices are subject to change depending on the sales period.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable, with a full refund of the ticket price.
• The organizer also reserves the right to make changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable technical or other disruptions.
• Tickets will be checked at the entrance. Attendees must present their tickets digitally on their phones.
• Audio systems at the event may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
• Lighting systems at the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.
• All attendees must keep their tickets with them throughout the event. Attendees who leave the venue will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
• Tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the venue for tickets purchased from unofficial sources.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable, with a full refund of the ticket price.
• Food, beverages, and open cigarette packs are not permitted in the event area.
• Pets are not allowed in the event venue.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, which should not be left unattended.
• Flammable, explosive, sharp, or piercing objects, as well as laser pointers, are strictly prohibited in the event area.
• Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional recording devices (e.g., video cameras, DSLRs), selfie sticks, and GoPro poles are not allowed in the event area.
• By attending the event, participants consent to the organizer’s use of their photos and videos for promotional purposes.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
• Unopened, sealed tobacco products with official stamps are allowed into the venue.
• The Crow Project does not provide cloakroom or parking services.
