The event is for participants aged 18 and over.

- It is forbidden to bring food and drinks, sharp/piercing objects, or flammable items into the event area.

- Event participants acknowledge that photo and video recording will take place in the event area. By attending the event, you consent to the possibility of being featured in videos/photos on the social media channels of Lone Collective, Es Cubells, or Playa Tropical.

- The organizer and venue officials reserve the right to refuse entry to guests they deem unsuitable into the event or backstage area.

- Particular attention is paid to the balance in the number of male and female guests, their attitude, style, and overall suitability, and entry may not be possible due to these or similar reasons. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The decision of the door staff is final and valid under all circumstances.

- The purchased ticket may not be used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose other than personal use, including but not limited to advertising, contests, sweepstakes, or promotions, unless explicit written permission is obtained. Tickets used for the aforementioned purposes will be canceled and may result in legal action.

- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be made for purchased tickets.

- The promoter reserves the right to make changes to the program, line-up, and ticket prices. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

- We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. The ticket-holding participant agrees and undertakes not to possess any prohibited substances within the event area. Any person found with illegal substances will immediately be denied entry and handed over to the local authorities.
