Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
From the start of the event, the organizer has the right to remove from the venue, without refund, any person whose behavior may disturb other participants or harm the event.
By entering the event area, participants are deemed to have accepted that video and photos may be taken throughout the event and that these images may be used publicly by the organizer across all media channels.
It is forbidden to bring food, beverages, plastic bottles, cans, flammable, explosive or prohibited substances, any tools that may be used as flammable, sharp and/or piercing objects, laser pointers, and any illegal substances into the event area.
By purchasing a ticket, attendees are deemed to have accepted all security measures, including body and bag searches as determined by the security team. Participants who refuse to comply with these measures will have their right to enter the event cancelled and no ticket refunds will be made.
