- Organizers and venue officials have the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem inappropriate for the event and backstage area.

- Special attention is paid to the balance of the male-to-female ratio, attitude, style, clothing, and general appropriateness. Entry may be denied for reasons related to these factors. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The decision made at the door is final and valid in all circumstances.

- Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

- The organizer has the right to use the photos and videos taken of participants during the event in promotional materials. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their images in this manner.
