- The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any person deemed unsuitable for the event, with a full refund of the ticket price.
- In order to maintain a gender balance at the event, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to ticket holders, with a full refund, if deemed necessary.
- No cancellations, refunds, or ticket changes are allowed once tickets are purchased.
- The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the event program due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
- The organizer also reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time.
- It is strictly prohibited to enter the event area with professional audio or video recording equipment (e.g. video cameras or professional photography gear).
- Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Please keep your ticket and/or wristband with you at all times during the event.
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event.
- No flammable, explosive (e.g. deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), sharp or piercing objects, or laser pointers are allowed in the venue.
- The sound systems used at the venue may cause temporary hearing issues.
- Stage lighting may be harmful to individuals with MS or epilepsy; your attention to this matter is highly recommended.
- Lighting systems used at the venue may cause temporary visual discomfort.
- Smoke and fog machines may be used during the event.
- Concert tickets must be purchased only from the official sales channels authorized by the event organizer. The organizer has the right to remove any attendee holding tickets not purchased through official channels.
- If you leave the venue after entering, re-entry will require the purchase of a new ticket.
- By attending the concert, participants grant the event organizer the right to use photographs and video recordings taken at the event in promotional materials.
