Everyone entering the event area must have a ticket regardless of age.
The event has an 18+ age restriction. Participants under 18 will not be admitted.
Ticket holders without official identification such as ID card, driver’s license, or passport will not be allowed entry.
Bags and clothing checks will be conducted at the entrance.
Liquids, gels, perfume, deodorant, vitamins, and similar substances are not allowed inside the event area.
Bringing outside food and beverages into the event area is prohibited.
Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras) and selfie sticks are not permitted inside the event area.
Flammable or explosive liquids and gases, as well as pepper spray, are strictly prohibited.
Except for prescription medications, boxed or open medicines are not allowed inside the event area. Prescription medications will be kept in custody and allowed to be used if necessary.
Wristbands must be worn on the wrist throughout the event. Ticket checks will be carried out daily, so do not lose your wristband or ticket.
One ticket grants the holder access to the event area during the hours specified by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for lost tickets or wristbands.
Large suitcases and backpacks are not allowed inside the event area.
Fog effects will be used during the event.
The event includes visual effects that may disturb people with photosensitive epilepsy.
The owner is responsible for any belongings not left at the cloakroom.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the indoor areas of the event. Those who violate this rule will be removed from the venue without warning, and no ticket refunds will be given.
Tickets are non-refundable.
The organizer reserves the right to change the purchase conditions of discounted or promotional tickets.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event venue, program, and schedule.
Zorlu PSM and the organizer reserve the right to refuse entry to persons they deem unsuitable, refunding their ticket fee.
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
The organizer owns the rights to use video recordings of attendees on online platforms. Participants are deemed to have accepted this right.
The event will be held standing.
Due to potential crowding at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by private car are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event start time to avoid delays in parking and valet services. Thank you for your understanding.
During the event, please keep your phones away from lights and lasers used in the show.
