- The event's doors open at 20:30 and start time is 21:30.
- Everyone entering the event area must purchase a ticket, regardless of age.
- The event has an 18-year age limit. Participants under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the event area.
- Ticket holders who do not have official documents such as ID, driver's license or passport cannot enter the event area.
- Bag and body checks will be conducted at the entrances.
- Substances such as liquids, gels, perfumes, deodorants, vitamins will not be allowed into the event area.
- Food and beverages are prohibited from being brought into the event area from outside.
- Professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras, photo cameras) and selfie sticks will not be allowed into the event area.
- Flammable or explosive liquids and gases, pepper spray will definitely not be allowed into the event area.
- Boxed or open medications, except for prescription medications, are prohibited from being brought into the event area. Prescription medications will be taken into custody and will be allowed to be used if needed.
- Wristbands must be on the wrists throughout the event. Ticket checks will be conducted every day, do not lose your wristband and ticket.
- A ticket gives the owner the right to enter the event area during the hours determined by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible in case of loss of ticket or wristband.
- Entry to the event area with suitcases and large backpacks is prohibited.
- Fog effect will be used during the event.
- There are visual effects that may disturb photosensitive epilepsy patients.
- The responsibility of the items not left in the cloakroom belongs to the owners.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in closed areas of the event. Those who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the event area without warning and no ticket refund will be made.
- Ticket refunds will not be made.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the purchase conditions of discounted or promotional tickets.
- The organizer has the right to make changes to the event area, program and hours.
- Zorlu PSM and the organizer have the right not to allow people they deem appropriate into the event area by refunding the ticket fee.
- The event will be held in all weather conditions.
- The organizer has the right to use the video footage of the people who attend the event on online platforms. Participants are deemed to have accepted this right.
- The event will be held standing.
- Due to possible crowds at Zorlu Center before the event time, it is recommended that our guests arriving with their own vehicles enter the area at least 1 hour before the event time in order not to waste time in the parking lot and valet. Thank you for your understanding.
