Security staff will be available to assist participants with disabilities in accessing the event area.
High sound levels at the event may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
Lighting effects at the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.
Throughout the event, all participants must carry their tickets and wristbands and present them upon request. Wristbands must not be removed.
Participants who leave the event area after entry will be required to purchase a new ticket for re-entry.
Event tickets must be purchased only from official sales channels designated by the organizer. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be deemed invalid.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any participant deemed unsuitable, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
Bringing food and beverages into the event area is prohibited. Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the venue.
Pets are not allowed in the event area.
Bringing medication into the event area is only permitted with a valid medical report or prescription.
Please do not leave your personal belongings unattended. There is no cloakroom service, and all personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Entry with firearms, flammable, explosive, or combustible substances (*deodorant, *spray, *perfume, *pepper spray, etc.), sharp or piercing objects, items that may be used for attack or defense (*helmets, *camping chairs, *selfie sticks, *GoPro sticks, *tripods, *trouser chains, etc.), and laser pointers is strictly prohibited.
Professional audio and visual recording equipment (video cameras, photo cameras, etc.), selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, and similar equipment are not permitted inside the event area. Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Participants acknowledge that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated.
Even with non-professional devices, any recording that disturbs other participants or artists or violates personal privacy is prohibited. Flash photography is strictly forbidden.
The venue and organizer reserve the right to use photographs and video recordings of participants for promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of such materials.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program and ticket prices.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
Tickets are non-transferable, and lost tickets will not be replaced.
The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
All participants entering the event area will be subject to security checks.
The event will take place under all weather conditions. Please be prepared accordingly. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
Bringing opened tobacco products and tobacco-related items into the event area is prohibited.
Participants must carry valid identification and present it upon request.
