- Attendees acknowledge and accept that photo and video recordings may be taken during the event.
- Professional recording equipment and filming are prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained.
- Guests are expected to refrain from using non-professional devices in a manner that may disturb other attendees or performing artists, or violate anyone’s privacy. The use of flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- Event organizers and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual deemed inappropriate from the event area.
- Any form of discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated during the event. Individuals exhibiting such behavior will be removed from the venue immediately.
- The organizer reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of such materials.
