- Participants are expected not to take photos or videos with non-professional devices that disturb other guests or performing artists, or violate privacy.

- Flash photography is prohibited.

- The organizers and venue authorities reserve the right to deny access to the backstage area for individuals they deem unsuitable.

- Special attention will be given to maintaining a balance between male and female attendees, appropriate behavior, clothing, and overall suitability. Entry may be denied for reasons related to these aspects, and the final decision is at the discretion of the door staff. The decision of the door staff is final and applicable under all circumstances.

- No cancellations or exchanges are allowed for purchased tickets.

- Participants agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used in promotional materials by the organizer. By attending the event, participants consent to this use.
