• It is forbidden to bring food, drinks, sharp, piercing, or flammable objects into the event area.
• Event participants accept that photography and video recording will take place within the event area.
• Without written permission, it is prohibited to enter the venue with professional recording equipment and to film.
• It is expected that non-professional devices are not used to take photos or videos that disturb other guests or performing artists, or violate privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• The organizers and venue authorities reserve the right to refuse entry to the event and backstage areas to individuals they deem inappropriate.
• Special attention is paid to gender balance, behavior, attitude, dress code, and general appropriateness. Entry may be denied for these or similar reasons. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the entrance staff. The door decision is final and valid under all circumstances.
• Tickets purchased cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.
• The organizer has the right to use photos and videos of attendees for promotional materials. By attending the event, participants agree to this usage.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, line-up, and ticket prices.
